Professional Experience:

Ms. Reader serves as an accountant for The Gilbert Group. She brings over 30 years of accounting experience and property management experience to the firm. Ms. Reader oversees the daily, monthly, and yearly accounting functions for the company. In this capacity, she also prepares the monthly and yearly management reports along with annual budgets for property owners and handles the banking for each property. Ms. Reader monitors the receipt of rental payments and works closely with outside parties in matter of collections of rental payments.
