Professional Experience:

Chad came to the Gilbert group in August of 2024. He has 12 years experience with property maintenance/management for commercial, residential and retail. Serving as a Director of a property management company in the past he has done everything from new build construction to leasing, to maintaining Profit and loss on commercial and residential properties. He is an ASHI certified Home inspector for residential homes and light commercial properties.

Outside of the Gilbert group he is an accomplished musician playing shows all over Ohio and surrounding states. He has taught High school Marching band locally for 30 years. In his quiet time he enjoys spending time with his wife of 24 years and his daughter.
