Professional Experience:

Mrs. Greenwood serves as Senior Accountant for the Gilbert Group. She brings over 20 years of accounting experience from banking, asset management, affordable housing, treasury management and governmental accounting.
In 2023, Mrs. Greenwood has shifted her role to part time with the Gilbert Group and oversees the daily, monthly, and yearly accounting functions for the company. In this capacity, she also prepares monthly and yearly management reports, assist with annual budgets coupled with treasury management. Mrs. Greenwood works with tenants and property managers to ensure payments are collected and tenants’ issues are resolved.
