Kyle R Todd joined The Gilbert Group in 2021 after serving as the Director of Property Management for Fillmore Property Group. He is a graduate of Cleveland State University and a recipient of the Ray C Bliss Institute of Applied Politics Scholarship which started his career in real estate as the Legislative Aide for the Chairman of the Housing Committee for the State of Ohio. With over a decade of experience in managing millions of square feet in residential, retail, commercial, and industrial space both governmental and private spanning over 7 states Mr. Todd has distinguished himself in every field of work and study.
