Professional Experience:

Noah has been a part of the brokerage team at The Gilbert Group since February of 2023, representing retail properties for sale, lease, and development. In addition, he assists clients with tenant representation, providing thorough market data and evaluation in order to help them make informed and strategic decisions related to their real estate assets.

Growing up around his uncle who is a local retail broker and developer, Noah has been inquisitive about the industry and local retail tenants since childhood. Discussions about restaurants and other retailers entering the Columbus market or relocating from their existing properties were always commonplace. He enriches his client’s real estate decisions by providing detailed market knowledge and an understanding of the ebbs and flows that encompass local trade areas. Being native to Columbus gives Noah a well-informed and powerful insight into the local real estate market and all that this great city has to offer.

Noah is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Ohio and graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2021. He sits on the governing board of the Central Ohio Commercial Information Exchange (COCIE) and is also an active member of the Central Ohio Chapter of NAIOP. When he isn’t handling client business and scoping out the market, Noah can be found at the gym, on a tennis or pickleball court, or enjoying a happy hour with friends and colleagues.
